We’re Rebranding — Here’s Why: A Message from Our CEO
Hi there,
I’m Ian Lowe, CEO of Dacxi Group, and I’m here to fill you in on the major changes happening here at Dacxi.
Change can be incredibly exciting. But it can also bring up some questions.
That’s why we want to keep all our valued stakeholders in the loop. So that you know exactly what’s going on at Dacxi — and so you can be just as excited as we are.
Our thinking behind the rebrand
Since our founding in 2017, Dacxi has experienced tremendous growth. In particular, this past year has been remarkable for Dacxi. We’ve launched new products and services. Interest in our offering has grown exponentially, and our business has grown with it.
In the middle of all this, we came to the realisation Dacxi had evolved from one entity, into two distinct service offerings. Each with different needs, different priorities, and different responsibilities to stakeholders.
So, to keep things clear and simple, we’ve decided to split Dacxi into two separate brands, each with its own name and identity. Those brands are:
- Wealth99 — our Wealth Management platform for alternative/digital assets
- The Dacxi Chain — our global crowdfunding network.
Here’s a little more on what each of these brands stands for, why we created them, and what they can do for you.
Wealth99
In February 2023, Dacxi.com will change to Wealth99.com.
Wealth99 is the new brand for our Wealth Management Platform.
Rest assured, Wealth99 is the same underlying business that Dacxi.com has
always been.
It’s still the same world-leading platform you know and love. It has the same user-friendly focus, same great customer service, and the same dedication to helping you build your future wealth through alternative assets. All that’s changed is its name, logo, and look.
So why the switch?
For us, it’s about more than a new name or a shiny new logo. It’s about staying true to our original vision; to provide the 99% with no-constraints access to alternative assets.
We believe our brand name should convey who we serve and our core value proposition. And so after months of reflection, research and planning… we landed on Wealth99.
Because we’re building wealth for the 99%.
In the coming weeks we’ll unveil our new Wealth99 branding. It’s a symbol of growth, success, and a brighter tomorrow, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Dacxi Chain
Our talented team is on the cusp of launching the Dacxi Chain.
After years of hard work, we’re soon to launch our groundbreaking project; the world’s first global tokenized crowdfunding platform.
The Dacxi Chain uses blockchain and tokenization to connect everyday investors and exciting early-stage companies looking to raise capital.
It gives early-stage companies better access to the growth capital they need, and everyday investors access to more high-growth opportunities.
The Dacxi Chain will change equity crowdfunding for good.
Our team has developed the cutting-edge technology needed for a global platform of this scale, and our thriving global network of crowdfunding partners will be announced in the coming months.
The Dacxi Chain will redraw the lines of the innovation economy.
Its potential future is truly staggering, and it’s a future we hope you’ll be part of.
What do these changes mean for Dacxi Coin?
We want to be clear to all our Dacxi Coin holders:
Dacxi Coin’s use case hasn’t changed, nor has the enormous market
opportunity it represents.
As the native cryptocurrency of the Dacxi Chain, Dacxi Coin’s use case is central to unlocking seamless cross-border investments between crowdfunding platforms all over the world.
Organisations like Deloitte, McKinsey, HSBC, IBM, and the RBA have projected the market value of private companies’ tokenized shares to reach $1tr US dollars by 2030.
Dacxi Chain has an important role to play in the emergence and exponential growth of this new sector.
And Dacxi Coin will be the fuel within the Dacxi Chain ecosystem that
makes it all possible.
That’s why we truly believe Dacxi Coin has the potential to become one of the world’s top cryptocurrencies.
