1. Fiat and credit card deposits

Getting your money onto an exchange is now easier than ever. Every local currency can be easily converted to Euro or USD (the currencies we support) using payment gateways or virtual banks and sent to your Dacxi Exchange account. Fees are low, and deposits usually only take about 5 working days to appear in your account.

Why is it good?

The obvious benefit is being able to exchange your local currency into crypto easily. (The Dacxi Exchange even lets you use Mastercard or Visa.) Only 20% of crypto exchanges offer fiat-to-crypto, the rest only offer crypto-to-crypto. Pretty hopeless if you’re looking to make your first move into crypto and don’t own any crypto.

2. Immediate verification

In the category of ‘totally necessary, but a little annoying’ is the identification process which every financial company has to go through called Know Your Customer (or KYC). It involves verifying your identity before you start investing.

Our version is the easiest we’ve seen, if we do say so ourselves.

Why is it good?

Rather than waiting days for an exchange to approve your verification, ours is immediate in most cases. (Sometimes its slower if you share a name with a celebrity or a criminal. But we can usually rectify that pretty quickly, unless you’re the criminal. If you really are Bill Murray, you’re fine). All we need is your full name and your mobile number, and you’re good to go.

KYC helps secure your account and access higher limit trading if you verify your account even further by providing ID and proof of your address. It’s perfect if you think you’ll go all wolf of wall street on this crypto thing.

3. Fiat Wallets

Fiat wallets are just like bank accounts. You have normal money in them, and you can use your balance to buy stuff. In this case Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin and Ethereum. We have both Euro and USD wallets on the Dacxi Exchange.

Why is it good?

A fiat wallet leads to a quicker crypto buying and selling experience. You don’t need to register at loads of exchanges looking for ones with fiat wallets, and you don’t need to rely on your friend that has a Euro bank account. Instead, simply deposit money into your fiat wallet and have it ready to use when the timing is right.

And when it comes to time to realising your crypto profits, just sell your crypto for fiat currency, and your fiat wallet will be updated and ready to withdraw back to your bank account.

4. Preferred currency view

We want Dacxi to be accessible and straightforward to people from all over the world. That’s why we’ve introduced a feature where you can view the value of different currencies and your wallet balances in your own currency.

Why is it good?

You don’t need to do any rapid mental arithmetic to calculate prices, amounts and balances. Nor do you need to have a currency converter open in a separate tab. Just choose one of our nine local currencies (USD, GBP, EUR, NZD, MYR, CNY, JPY, AUD) to immediately understand whether you’re getting a good deal.

5. Friendly customer support
