Is Dacxi’s Bi-level plan MLM?

Dacxi’s Affiliate programme is a bi-level bonus programme. The Direct Affiliate introduces the customer and earns a bonus on purchases. The bonus is paid for the marketing referral and to help that new customer get set up properly.

Dacxi also pays the person who introduces the Direct Affiliate a bonus on their customers purchases. We call this the Coach Affiliate because they are expected to help the Direct Affiliate introduce customers. If help is not given then the Coach Affiliate does not justify a bonus.

This is what is called a Bi-Level programme and it has the power of a direct referral system with the expansion of two level introductions. Affiliates get affiliates.

Dacxi has found that there are five other crypto exchanges that have Bi-Level referral programmes with the most famous being eToro and Amber in Australia, and eo.finance in the EU. We don’t think they do this system as well as Dacxi.

The Dacxi plan is not a MLM or Network Marketing plan, for a couple of reasons:

1. Dacxi does not need MLM, its Bi-Level programme is powerful enough.
2. MLM cryptos don’t get licensing. There have been so many crypto MLM programmes that have been scams, it is unlikely that one would achieve the licensing Dacxi is applying for.
3. Classic MLM programmes are just recruiting pyramids.

This last point is based on the experience of Dacxi’s Founder who is one of the world’s experts on Network Marketing/MLM. It is a controversial view, yet true.

There are three key powers in one of these models:

1. Direct customer acquisition based on a personal approach. It is the most powerful marketing approach, if the product is right and people are trained.
2. Direct coaching to help build affiliates of the Direct Affiliates, makes customer acquisition much stronger, and more professional. This one on one support is key.
3. The team building expansion of the multi-level system drives the rapid growth for leaders.

The MLM that people consider questionable focuses on the recruitment of people to become leaders. It’s all number 3. These always boom and bust, and lies are told to customers. Next generation MLM businesses only focus on the top leaders of the MLM model. The mass of people just focus on customer acquisition of coaching people. These are companies like Avon and Utility Warehouse. Dacxi’s founder wrote Avon’s first MLM training programme and founded Utility Warehouse.

Dacxi’s plan is therefore not an MLM. The Affiliate programme is free for all customers. There are no bonuses for recruiting or training affiliates. Only customer purchases.
