Dacxi Chain Capital Raise: Key Clarifications

Dear Dacxi Community,

In light of recent questions, we’re keen to offer clarity on a few points:

1. Trailblazing Approach: We’re making history by coordinating the first-ever Dacxi Chain equity crowdfunding project across multiple platforms and jurisdictions. Being the first deal there will be a few bumps along the way as we and our partners work through the process. This means details such as timeline may change. We will limit these where possible and continue to provide updates as we go, please bear with us.
2. Dependence on our Partners: The nature of equity crowdfunding means each individual platform has its own approach, which we must respond to. Understand that the process itself is fluid as we coordinate certain details with multiple partners.
3. Synchronous Launches: Angels Den and Equitise apply slightly different methodologies for each crowdfunding project. Where Equitise typically undertakes an Expressions of Interest (EOI) period prior to each deal being made public (this is the phase we are in with them now), Angels Den undertakes an EOI period where the deal is released publicly. This has created a little confusion for some, but rest assured the deal is yet to start taking investment and we will provide updates when we do.
4. Enthusiastic Response: Even though we are still in the EOI phase, the response and enthusiasm have been hugely reassuring. For those who are interested but are yet to register interest, we encourage you to do so now, the EOI phase will close soon (we will confirm the close date in our updates).
5.
