Dacxi Chain: 2025 Year-End Update
Foundation built. 2026: Transaction-ready. Here’s what we accomplished and what’s next for global equity crowdfunding infrastructure.
Hi Dacxi Community,
2025 wasn’t about headlines — it was about building the foundation properly. Here’s what we accomplished — and what’s next.
Before diving in, a quick story: Facebook spent years pioneering its model, building its core network, and learning how to serve customers before anyone could see what it would become. By the time explosive growth arrived, the foundations made success inevitable.
We relate to that journey. We’ve invested years working with our market, pivoting solutions, and learning lessons no one else could learn. Sometimes three steps forward, two steps back — but always progress. We’re pioneers building something that doesn’t exist yet.
As they say: to build a skyscraper, you spend 50% of your time on foundations below ground.
2025 was our foundation year. Here’s what we built.
What We Built in 2025
1) From concept to real product
We moved from proof-of-concept to MVP and pilot stage. We completed our first inter-platform deal to learn lessons on what is called the ‘Application’ layer.
Platforms in the EU and US are now engaging and working with Dacxi Chain.
2) Platform network growth
We established working groups with multiple licensed crowdfunding platforms and secured early co-operation agreements with them. We’re seeing the first signs of network effects — one practical integration at a time.
3) Regulatory foundation
We leaned into compliance — hard. A deep understanding of complex regulatory frameworks is critical to our success:
- ECSPR (EU): Building systems so EU platforms can operate legally and efficiently across borders.
- Reg CF / Reg D (US): Designing frameworks aligned to US securities rules.
- Digital identity passporting: Building the foundation for reusable investor verification across platforms.
4) Improving the investor experience
(in development)
- Designing a reusable onboarding/KYC flow to cut repeat checks.
- Began implementing smart-contract logic for compliant deal flow (sandbox).
- Developed preference-based deal matching to reduce irrelevant deal noise (AI-driven matching in next phase).
5) Clear positioning
- ✅ We connect platforms.
- ✅ We reduce friction.
- ✅ We enable compliant global access.
- ❌ We’re not a crowdfunding platform (and don’t want to be).
- ❌ We don’t own deals.
This distinction matters: We’re infrastructure (B2B), not a platform competing for deals. Think Stripe for payments or Twilio for communications — we provide the rails, not the service. Clear boundaries help platforms trust us as their infrastructure provider, not a potential competitor.
6) Ecosystem & policy alignment
(via GECA — Global Equity Crowdfunding Alliance)
GECA operates independently of Dacxi Chain. The Dacxi Chain team, alongside industry leaders from across the globe, plays a key role in helping lead the Alliance. GECA’s work this year validated market appetite for interoperable crowdfunding, opened constructive regulatory dialogue, and strengthened platform relationships across regions — context that supports the kind of infrastructure we’re building.

7) Team
We welcomed Neera Patel, Chief Product Officer (ex-Visa, Worldpay, R3, who led CBDC initiatives in the UAE). Building cross-border financial infrastructure demands deep, real-world scale and interoperability experience — we have that in-house.
We also brought in dedicated UX expertise to ensure strong investor and platform journeys. Getting the infrastructure right is only half the battle -the experience has to work seamlessly for everyone who uses it.

8) Industry engagement
In November, members from our Dacxi Chain team attended the CfPA Summit in Washington DC — the premier annual gathering of crowdfunding platform CEOs, regulators, and policymakers.
The summit provided opportunities for productive conversations with regulators discussing compliance frameworks and cross-border challenges, platform leaders sharing operational pain points and collaboration needs, and policymakers exploring the future of equity crowdfunding infrastructure.
These engagements reinforced what we’ve learned throughout 2025: the market is ready for infrastructure that connects platforms while respecting regulatory boundaries.
9) Dacxi Coin infrastructure
Early in 2025, we launched a new version of Dacxi Coin built on the Dacxi blockchain — the native token that will power our infrastructure.
Dacxi Coin will serve critical functions within the ecosystem:
- Transaction fees across the network
- Staking mechanisms for network validators
- Cross-platform settlement
- Incentive structures for early adopters
As the Dacxi Chain infrastructure matures and processes real-world transactions in 2026, we expect Dacxi Coin to gain broader market recognition with major exchange listings.
2026: What to Expect
2025 = Foundation.
2026 = Transaction-ready.
Focus areas:
- Onboarding additional platforms and expanding the network.
- First transactions through the new networks.
- Compliance validation across jurisdictions.
- Continued refinement of investor experience.
Why This Matters
Today, equity crowdfunding platforms operate like islands. Deals can’t reach investors across borders, and investors can’t discover relevant opportunities beyond single platforms.
That connective infrastructure hasn’t existed.
We’re building it -to enable platforms, not compete with them — globally.
Thank You
Thank you for sticking with us while we did the unglamorous work — regulatory frameworks, technical architecture, platform relationships, and compliance foundations. This is the work that matters and getting this foundation right is what makes everything else possible.
2026 is when that groundwork becomes operational.
Wishing you and yours a peaceful and happy holiday season.
Stay close. 🚀
Best regards,
The Dacxi Chain Team
